I sauteed the fresh chicken in a large pot while salting and peppering it for extra flavor. Meanwhile I steam fried the rice and veggies, after the chicken is all done I chopped up some onions and made an herbed cream sauce. please like 😃

Caramel popcorn
I popped popcorn originally from the kernel in an old fashioned kettle popper, for the caramel I got a small sauce pan and melted 1 cup butter (2 sticks), 2 cups brown sugar, 1/2 cup corn syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Let that boil for 5 minutes while stirring constintly . After 5 minutes remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir in till well mixed and drizzle on top of your popcorn. Enjoy!!!
